These are 2 views of Jochen Maier's latest offering: a Kaeble TYP Z6W2A SchwerlastSchlepper (Heavy Load Tractor). Originally built in the 1930s and seen towing JagTigers(!) on Tiefladers (Lowboy trailers) in some photos; these powerful machines were used for years after WWII. Jochen's 1:10 model is most impressive being very well detailed and available with 5 or 10 speed transmissions, and standard equipment includes functional windows, rear canopies for crew, fully functional suspension and as is Jochen's hallmark first class castings and superb workmanship throughout. The model is available (at a 4-6 month delivery) and prices start at around $5,500 US excluding shipping and applicable taxes. Note that the currenmt price for this model, as of 10/27/2009 is approximately 16,500 Euro!
